This 5 week course suitable for those new to Yoga or people coming back to Yoga after some time away from it.
The course is a good way to refresh on all of the basic postures and importantly the breathing. The first session with be an in depth instruction on all aspects of the basic breathing technique.
Current beginner students are welcome to join any or all of the sessions.
